Industry: Candle Making Supply Company in Cofax, IL

Central Illinois Candle Supply is a family-owned candle making supply company based in Colfax, Illinois, offering wax, wicks, fragrance oils, clamshells, and unscented bases to makers across the country. Started by candle makers themselves, they built the business on a frustration most small makers know well: inflated shipping costs and impersonal service from the big supply companies.

When they came to us, they needed a brand identity and Shopify website that could match the reputation they'd already built with their customers. One of the biggest challenges? Their product pages required a significant amount of technical, safety, and legal information (SDS documents, IFRA compliance, flashpoints, maximum usage amounts, phthalate and skin-safe indicators) without overwhelming the shopping experience. We built out a custom product page strategy using Shopify metafields to organize and layer that information cleanly, keeping the buying experience simple on the surface while making every detail accessible with one click. The result is a site that feels approachable and on-brand while still giving makers everything they need to buy with confidence.
