What platforms do you work on?
We are Shopify + Squarespace experts and know the ins and outs of the two platforms. Additionally, we work in Klaviyo and Flodesk for email marketing. We will always guide you to the right platform(s) for your business + goals! All websites are mobile-friendly and responsive.
What if I need support in more than just one area of my business?
Not a problem! We offer a full array of solutions to help our clients and our most successful partnerships start at the foundation with a strong brand + online presence. We assist our clients in email marketing, print + packaging design, social media strategy, point of sale solutions, interior direction and so much more!
Do you offer payment plants?
Yes, payment plans are available! A 30%, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on our calendar. From there, payment plans of 2 or 3 payments for all of our packages, spaced out throughout the project.
How long does a project usually take?
Our all-inclusive branding, website design, and email marketing projects take approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Timelines for branding or website design only range from a 2-4 week project depending on the scope of the project.
Do you train me on how to use my website after our project is completed?
Of course! We are here to support you for the long haul, but want to give you the tools + resources to fully manage everything on your own if you with! We’ve been in this world since 2018 so we know the ins-and-outs and shortcuts to help you streamline your processes and reduce frustration! Plus, every one of our packages comes with 30-day post launch support, so we encourage our clients to reach out and ask questions if they need help!
Do I actually work with you or do you have a team that I'll be passed off to for the project?
You get me (Cassidy) every step of the way! We are not an agency, not a template, no one size fits all solution. Every form of communication/project deliverable comes from myself. I do have a team that supports me on the backend to keep things smooth sailing, but I will be your point of content for the entirety of your project!
