Studio Assistant
Simply Lynn's Creative is looking for a remote Studio Assistant to join our team.
The Studio Assistant is responsible for working with Cassidy, the owner + creative director, to help tackle client & internal projects. The position is a mix of graphic design, administrative tasks, and marketing support.
While we welcome your fresh energy, creativity, and attention to detail, you will not be responsible for high-level marketing decisions or strategy development, rather helping to execute the strategy and direction outlined by Cassidy.
Please note this is a contract role with approximately 10 hours per week, with room for additional hours if you're the right fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Design graphics for social media, client launches, email marketing, project mockups, and miscellaneous digital and print needs
+ Listing products on Shopify and assisting with miscellaneous admin/setup tasks on projects
+ Coordinate and implement the studio's marketing activities across channels (social media, email marketing, blog, partnerships, etc.)
+ Draft and schedule social media posts, newsletters, blog content, and other outreach materials
+ Keep up on industry trends and innovative tactics to keep our agency’s marketing fresh and forward-thinking
+ Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
+ Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met

COMPENSATION
+ Hourly rate: $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
+ Position type: 1099 Contract Role
