Brick + Ivy Market is a women's lifestyle boutique in Holland and Saugatuck, Michigan, known for their collection of locally sourced artisan goods, women's and children's clothing, accessories, and home decor. With a large portion of their products handmade in Michigan, they've built a loyal local following and two thriving storefronts that customers love walking into.

When owner Melissa came to us, the in-store experience was strong, but the online presence wasn't pretty much non-existent. She had already invested in a logo that was working well for her, so we took a strategic approach to branding, building out a full brand suite around the existing primary logo to create consistency across every touchpoint without requiring new signage or starting over. From there, we designed a Shopify website that finally matched the in-store experience and set up Klaviyo email foundations to nurture customers and drive daily online sales.
