Baby + Me Maternity is a maternity, nursing, and baby boutique in Calgary, Alberta that has been dressing moms for over 30 years. Under new ownership, Katie brought fresh energy to a legacy business with a loyal local following, a beautifully merchandised storefront in Willow Park Village, and a product selection that spans bump to baby and beyond.

The challenge? The online experience wasn't keeping up with what was happening in-store. The existing Shopify site was a basic template that barely reflected the brand, and there was no email strategy in place to nurture customers or drive online sales. We redesigned the entire site with full brand implementation, custom website copy, and a strategic approach to showcasing their largely evergreen catalog. We also built out Klaviyo email foundations with custom copy and flows, and created a signature collection strategy, "The Bump Starter Kit," designed to increase average order value by curating essentials for first-time shoppers from day one.
