2. Fill out your questionnaire Complete a short pre-call form so I understand your business, challenges, and what you want to cover.
3. Book your session Choose a time that works for you using the calendar link provided.
4. Show up ready to talk We'll spend 60 focused minutes working through your questions and creating your action plan.
5. Get your recording + resources Within 24 hours, you'll receive the session recording, summary notes, and any additional resources or Looms.
6. Two weeks of support For the next 2 weeks, you have unlimited email access to ask follow-up questions, submit work for feedback, or get additional guidance as you implement.

How quickly can I book my session? After purchase, you'll receive your booking link within 24 hours. Session availability varies, but I typically have openings within 1-2 weeks.
What if I need more than one hour? One hour is usually plenty to tackle 2-3 focused topics and create a clear action plan. If you realize you need more extensive support, we can always discuss working together on a full project.
Can I use this for multiple topics or should I focus on one thing? Totally up to you! Some clients come with one big challenge they want to solve, others bring a list of smaller questions across different areas. We'll make the most of our time together either way.
What if I'm not sure what questions to ask? The pre-call questionnaire will help you clarify what you want to focus on, and I'm great at asking the right questions to uncover what you actually need help with. Don't stress — we'll figure it out together.
Do I need to prepare anything before our call? Just fill out the questionnaire and show up ready to talk! If there's anything specific you want me to review (like your website, email flows, or brand materials), you can share links or files in the questionnaire.
What happens after the two weeks of email support? Your session recording and resources are yours forever, but the unlimited email support window closes after 2 weeks. If you need ongoing support after that, we can discuss other ways to work together.
Can I book this for my team? Absolutely! As long as everyone can join the Zoom call, you're welcome to bring team members along.
What if I realize I need full-service help instead? Perfect! If during or after our Power Hour you decide you want to work together on a full branding, website, or email marketing project, we can absolutely make that happen. Just reach out and we'll get started.

Do these templates and resources only work with Klaviyo?
I primarily design and strategize for Klaviyo, so the layouts and structure are built with ecommerce best practices in mind. That said, these templates are designed in Canva and can be used with any email service provider that allows you to upload or build emails using images and text blocks.
Can I use these templates for email flows and campaigns?
Yes! These templates work beautifully for campaigns, promotions, announcements, and one-off sends. While flows require platform-specific setup inside Klaviyo (or another provider), the designs and sections can absolutely be reused across your emails.
Is this a good fit if I’m not ready for 1:1 email marketing services?
Absolutely. This bundle is perfect if you want professional, on-brand emails without a custom setup. And if you ever decide you want more hands-on support, you can always reach out to explore 1:1 services later.
